How to easily host your file or image online?

When you are dealing online with friends and customers, you would likely to share files or other resources to be viewed by the other party.
Now there is a solution for it. You can easily upload files/images without having to register or login to the system in order to upload your files/images.
The most popular free servers are
image - imageshack.us
file - rapidshare.de
All you need to do are browse the file and click upload. The file will be uploaded and you will be given a URL to access the uploaded file. That’s it. So easy.
But please be warned, you should never share any illegal or copyrighted materials. It is against the law. Use it ethically.

it is too easy. dont know how to write a tutorial for it.
just browse, select a file and click upload/host it.
