Just register for a free paypal account and register your credit card in the paypal account settting. You can easily use paypal to pay for lots other online products with paypal. But I have no experience withdrawing money from paypal.

ok, however i still have problem to buy any product from clickbank through my paypal account. Especially when i asked to confirm my bank account, i really have no idea on how to confirm my bank acoount because i dont have bank account in America.
The easiest way is to use your debit/credit card that is verified by paypal.
